In 2007 Devin & Stacy Bair decided to pool their resources
    and start a construction business in their hometown of
    Lovell, Wyoming.  

    Each of the owners had a lot of knowledge and experience to
    bring to the table.  Devin has managed a wide variety of
    construction projects throughout the Western states.  He has
    a wide-ranging knowledge of construction and a remarkable
    ability to find solutions to complex problems.  Stacy worked
    for over 10 years as Manager and CFO of large construction
    firms on the West Coast.  She has extensive experience in
    contract compliance and administration for federal, state,
    municipal and private agencies.
     
    The owners knew that by combining their strengths they
    could create a strong foundation for success.   In January of
    2007 they established Bairco Construction, Inc.  The company
    performed much needed service work in the local area as it
    prepared for growth.  The next step was to pursue
    government and commercial contracts.  In July of 2007 Bairco
    was awarded its first federal contract.  The project was a
    complete success and went on to win an award for the
    Federal Procurement Teaming Project of the Year in 2008.  

    The company continues to grow and has successfully
    completed many more projects.  In April of 2009 Bairco
    became a certified participant in the SBA's 8(a) Business
    Development Program.
